Lindsay received her doctorate in physical therapy from San Diego State University. Her approach with new patients includes a thorough evaluation focused on the source of the pain or injury, rather than just the symptoms. She believes that listening is critical to getting to the root of the issue, and she enjoys creating a motivating, fun environment. Lindsay also educates her clients by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their rehab and advocate for their overall health.
