Austin Palin

Physical Therapist

Austin graduated from the University of St. Augustine with a doctorate in physical therapy. His specialty is outpatient orthopedics, and he also has an advanced certification in Graston Technique M1-Basic. Austin enjoys working with a wide variety of diagnoses, and he is most passionate about helping his patients regain the parts of their lives that are affected by illness or injury.

Treatment techniques include:

• Myofascial release and Graston Technique to improve soft tissue mobility and decrease pain and adhesions
• Neurofacilitative techniques to improve strength and coordination
• Joint mobilization to improve range of motion and decrease pain
• Functional strengthening and movement patterns to improve posture and movement of the body
